GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND USE

2. ORDERS AND PERSONALIZATION

2.1 Confirmation and cancellation

  • Custom orders may be canceled within the first 24 hours if production has not begun.

  • After this period, cancellations and refunds are not accepted.

2.2 Returns

  • Returns of personalized products are not accepted except for manufacturing defects.

  • Claims for defects must be made via email to [email protected] within a maximum of 2 days from receipt, including photographs of the defect.

  • The solution may be repair, replacement or partial refund.

2.3 Modifications

  • No refunds are given for exchanges, but a 12-month voucher is offered.

  • Orders older than 4 months are subject to price revision.

3. FABRICS AND CUTTING

  • The samples on the website are indicative.

  • The final cut depends on the design and dimensions of the product.

  • Minimum cut: 1 linear meter (150 x 150 cm).

  • We do not guarantee that the design shown in the sample will match the one received.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or handling.

4. EMBROIDERY AND TYPOGRAPHY

  • If the customer does not select a font or color, the option recommended by the LA BRODERIE team will be applied.

  • Previews of the texts to be embroidered or bobbin colors will not be sent unless the customer expressly requests it in writing and said request is validated by the LA BRODERIE team.

5. SIGNATURE BOOKS

5.1 List of names

  • The list sent must be final.

  • Subsequent changes: €10 + VAT per modification.

    5.2 Layout

    • Additional layout changes will have variable costs depending on volume.

    • Once the model is approved, no further modifications will be accepted.

    Calibration and treatment
    • No custom calibration is performed.

    • Brightness, color, contrast, or saturation are not adjusted.

    Customer Responsibility
    • Images must be ready to print.

    • We are not responsible for results if:

      • They are dark or poorly exposed

      • They have dominant colors

      • They present inadequate editions

    Differences between screen and print
    • Screens may display unrealistic colors.

    • Claims for differences in perception are not accepted.

    Recommendations
    • Review images on multiple devices.

    • Avoid unwanted shadows or dark backgrounds.

    7. PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING

    7.1 Production times

    • Guest books: 3 weeks + shipping

    • Albums: 6 weeks + shipping

    • Other products: 2 weeks + shipping

    • Deadlines counted from the approval of the model

    • Express service available (+15%-25% on the total)

    7.2 Shipping

    • Shipping: 1–2 business days after production

    • Free on orders over €95

    • Standard cost: €8.90 (VAT included)
