How we developed an exclusive catalog for Amenábar and his luxury villas at Finca Cortesín.

Develop a personalized luxury catalog It involves much more than selecting a paper or defining a format. When Amenábar contacted LA BRODERIE to present his new villa development at Finca Cortesín, the goal was to create a piece capable of conveying the same exclusivity that defines the project. Some projects are born from a very clear idea.

And others that are born from a search.

The collaboration between Amenábar and LA BRODERIE began precisely in this way. The developer was immersed in the launch of a new luxury villa development in Finca Cortesín and needed a piece capable of presenting the project to potential buyers in a way that was consistent with the quality, design, and exclusivity that defined the development.

The publication was meant to become an extension of the project itself.

It wasn't enough to simply print images, plans, or descriptive reports. The catalog had to convey a feeling, reflect an identity, and accompany a real estate proposal conceived down to the last detail.

With that premise, a collaborative work process began in which each decision gradually took shape.

A search based on materials, textures and sensations

Customized catalog for Amenábar and Finca Cortesín.
Catalog developed for Amenábar and Finca Cortesín and LA BRODERIE.

From the first meetings it was clear that the client was looking for something very specific.

The roof had to convey elegance and sobriety. Earth tones, cream colors, and soft textures emerged from the beginning as fundamental references for constructing the piece.

From that direction we began to explore different possibilities.

Material selection is one of the most important phases in any custom publishing project. A fabric not only provides a certain appearance, but also influences the experience, the perception, and how a publication is received by the reader.

For this reason, different proposals were developed and tests were carried out to evaluate finishes, textures and combinations.

Before arriving at the final solution, up to four different samples were produced. Each one allowed for the evaluation of different materials, contrasts, customization techniques, and behaviors.

It wasn't just about choosing an attractive cover.

The goal was to find the one that best represented the spirit of the project.

It was during this process that a specific option began to prevail: the Dalia Beige velvet.

Its soft touch, visual depth, and elegant finish perfectly matched the aesthetic direction Amenábar was seeking for the presentation of his villas at Finca Cortesín.

The prominence of embroidery

Once the fabric was selected, attention was focused on the cover.

The client had developed a specific design for the promotion and wanted to incorporate it through embroidery, making it one of the most representative elements of the entire piece.

The challenge was significant.

The design had to have a prominent presence on the deck while maintaining the elegance and visual balance of the whole.

To achieve this, various tests were carried out until the appropriate solution was defined.

Size, contrast, definition and behavior on the tissue were some of the aspects analyzed during this phase.

Finally, a black embroidery on the selected velvet was chosen.

A combination that provided character, depth, and a clear visual identity at first glance.

The result allowed the cover to convey personality without resorting to excessive elements.

Seventy pages to present a unique promotion

As the cover evolved, the development of the interior also progressed.

Catalog developed for Amenábar and Finca Cortesín and LA BRODERIE.

The publication consisted of 70 pages printed on professional offset paper, selected for the quality of reproduction it offers and for the reading experience it brings to editorial projects of this nature.

Each element had to meet the same level of demand.

The fabric. The embroidery. The printing. The finishing. The binding.

Everything was part of the same piece.

A publication designed to accompany the presentation of an exceptional real estate development and aimed at an audience that values the details.

Beyond a standard solution

One of the most interesting aspects of this project is that none of the decisions made were part of a closed solution.

The piece did not exist previously.

It was built specifically for this project.

From the selection of materials to the definition of the embroidery, including the tests carried out and the different samples developed during the process, each element responded to a specific need.

That's probably where the true value of custom projects lies.

It's not about adapting an idea to an existing product.

The goal is to develop a product capable of representing an idea.

The work done with Amenábar is a good example of this.

A publication created from scratch for a specific promotion, a specific context, and specific recipients. Finca Cortesin

A piece designed to represent an exceptional project

Today, this catalog is part of the presentation of one of the luxury villa developments created by Amenábar at Finca Cortesín.

Behind its 70 pages are decisions, tests, materials and weeks of development aimed at a single goal: to create a piece capable of faithfully representing the project it contains.

For us, this work perfectly summarizes the essence of what we do every day.

Listen. Explore. Test. Develop. And find the right combination for each client.

Because some projects can be solved with standard solutions.

And others, like this one, can only be custom-built.
