Sending Photos

Quality and Order in your Photographs: It's essential that photos be submitted in consecutive order from 01 to the last and in JPG format (only this format will be accepted) and that they have optimal resolution and quality to ensure the best results in your album.

It is advisable to organize the images in chronological order to match the desired sequence in the album. We can adjust this order as needed to get the best result.

Design and Review of the model

Design and Layout Process

The mockup design is included in the price, adding extra value to our services. Our layout style is elegant and simple, but if you want a custom design, you can contact us by email to receive a quote tailored to your needs.

Submitting and Reviewing the Mockup

Once the design is finished, we will send you the mockup in PDF format so you can review it and make any permitted changes.

Changes Allowed to the Mockup:

  1. Changelog
    • All changes must be noted directly on the PDF provided.
    • We do not accept changes submitted in any other way or in an incomplete form.
  2. Number of Changes Allowed:
    • Albums of 30-50 pages: up to 2 changes.
    • Albums of 60-70 pages: up to 4 changes.
    • Albums of 80-100 pages: up to 6 changes.
    • All changes must be submitted in a single submission with clear annotations on the PDF.
  3. Restrictions on Changing Photos:
    • Photos can only be replaced by others of the same format (vertical for vertical, horizontal for horizontal, color for color).
    • It is not permitted to alter the chronological order of the images.

Additional Changes

If more changes are required after the allowed limit, an additional cost will apply. € 60 / hour for each additional revision. Changes must be communicated in an organized manner and on a single occasion, always maintaining the chronological sequence of the album.

Approval Policy

  • It is the buyer's responsibility to review and approve the mockup via email prior to printing.
  • The price does not include photo retouching.
  • Errors detected after printing will be evaluated and priced according to the binding process.

Response Times

You have a maximum of 5 weeks to send feedback on the mockup upon receipt. If we do not receive a response within this period, we will automatically proceed to printing.

Production times
  • Digital albums 5 weeks plus shipping from layout approval (excluding holidays and vacation periods)
  • Hurry?Activate our Express Service: Streamlines the entire manufacturing and shipping process with a 15% surcharge, ensuring delivery on time for your special date.
  • Shipping time: 1-2 business days (within the Peninsula) from the completion of production. (For other destinations, please see our shipping policy.)

En Embroidery We offer three types of presentation for your product, designed to protect and enhance each piece:

  1. Medium canvas bag

    • Color: green bottle

    • Screen printed with the brand name on the front

  2. Custom pre-designed box

    • Exterior color: green bottle

    • Lined central window with one of our fabrics

    • It includes a personalized text (initials or name(s))

📦 If you do not choose the wrapping option, your product will be shipped protected in a cardboard box, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap.

💶 All wrapping options have an additional cost, and you can easily select them during the purchase process.
