Guest Book for Wedding Witnesses

    We can create a custom watercolor for you or take care of the entire process.

  • 📄 Custom interior
    The book includes 30 pages on 280g cream-colored cardstock.

    Interior layout:
    – First page: printed watercolor (provided by the client), names, place and date
    – Second page: parents and godparents
    – Following pages: witnesses (up to 6 per page; we recommend 4 for best results)

    🖨️ The text is printed on the right-hand pages; the left-hand pages are left blank unless you specify otherwise.

    🖼️ A watercolor print is included in the price.
    If you wish to add more illustrations, each additional drawing costs €12 (VAT incl.).

    🪡 In models with printed fabrics, each book is unique.

    The cut is made on the entire fabric, so the arrangement of the design may vary and may not always exactly match the image shown.

    📤 During the ordering process, you will be able to upload the watercolor and the necessary texts.

Design and Review of the model

Once your order is received:

  1. We will send you a Word document with the distribution of witnesses, based on the information you have provided to us.

  2. You will review that document and you will confirm that everything is correct.

  3. With your approval, we will make the final design and send you a PDF mockup.

📝 Important

  • The PDF is exclusively for grammatical or writing corrections (names, dates, accents…).

  • Changes in structure or distribution will not be accepted., since the Word document will have been previously approved by you.

🔍 Detailed Review

Before confirming, check carefully all text, page layout, and any custom elements.

✅ Final Approval

Once you give us your approval, we will start the final production.
No changes will be possible after approval.

Product finishes

✂️ Limited edition

We work with limited edition fabrics, selected with special care.
Once a reference is sold out, it is not manufactured again, which makes each book a unique and exclusive piece.

🧼 Care and conservation

  • Keep the book in a Dry place, away from moisture, to prevent the leaves from deforming or warping.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure to preserve the colors of the embroidery and the fabric.

  • Handle with clean hands to keep the interior free of stains.

  • We recommend saving it in your original packaging or protective box to keep it in perfect condition.

Production and Delivery Times

  • Guestbooks: 3 weeks plus shipping
  • Deadlines run from final approval of the model.
  • Hurry? Activate our Express Service: Streamlines the entire manufacturing and shipping process with a 15%-25% surcharge, ensuring delivery on time for your special date.
  • Shipping time: 1-2 business days from the end of production in the Peninsula. For other destinations, see Purchase Conditions.
  • Free shipping on purchases over 95 EUR.
  • Orders less than this amount: 8 EUR.

🎁 Wrapping Options

En Embroidery We offer three types of presentation for your product, designed to protect and enhance each piece:

  1. Medium canvas bag

    • Color: green bottle

    • Screen printed with the brand name on the front

  2. Custom pre-designed box

    • Exterior color: green bottle

    • Lined central window with one of our fabrics

    • It includes a personalized text (initials or name(s))

📦 If you do not choose the wrapping option, your product will be sent protected in a carton box, carefully wrapped in bubble wrap.

💶 All wrapping options have an additional cost, and you can easily select them during the purchase process.
