Image Selection: After formalizing your order, you have a maximum period of 90 days to send us your selection of photos. You can do it through Google Drive or WeTransfer, sending us the link to [email protected]
Quality and Order in your Photographs: It is essential that the photos be sent in a consecutive order in JPG format (only this format will be accepted) and that they have optimal resolution and quality to guarantee the best results in your album.
It is advisable to organize the images in chronological order to match the desired sequence in the album. We can adjust this order as needed to get the best result.

Layout Design Process:
- The design of the mockup is included in the price, which adds additional value to our services.
- Our layout style is elegant and simple, but if you would like a custom design, please contact us by email for a personalized quote.
- After the design, we will send you the mockup in PDF format so you can review it and make a maximum of:
- 3 changes (albums of 30-50 pages).
- 5 changes (albums of 60-70 pages).
- 7 changes (albums of 80-100 pages).
- All changes must be notified only once, adding annotations to the PDF. Changes must maintain the chronological sequence of the album.
- If you want to make more changes after the first ones, an additional fee of €60/hour of layout will apply.
- Communication with our design team is done via email to speed up the process.
- The price does not include photo retouching.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to review and approve the mockup via email prior to printing. Any errors after printing will be evaluated and priced according to the binding process.
- You have a maximum of 4 weeks to send comments on the model from its design. After that period, we will proceed to print the mockup.
Mockup review: We want to emphasize the importance of carefully reviewing the mockup, since once it is put into production, no additional changes can be made. Final approval at that stage will ensure that the final product is exactly according to your specifications and wishes.
