Design and Layout Process
The mockup design is included in the price, adding extra value to our services. Our layout style is elegant and simple, but if you want a custom design, you can contact us by email to receive a quote tailored to your needs.
Submitting and Reviewing the Mockup
Once the design is finished, we will send you the mockup in PDF format so you can review it and make any permitted changes.
Changes Allowed to the Mockup:
- Changelog
- All changes must be noted directly on the PDF provided.
- We do not accept changes submitted in any other way or in an incomplete form.
- Number of Changes Allowed:
- Albums of 30-50 pages: up to 2 changes.
- Albums of 60-70 pages: up to 4 changes.
- Albums of 80-100 pages: up to 6 changes.
- All changes must be submitted in a single submission with clear annotations on the PDF.
- Restrictions on Changing Photos:
- Photos can only be replaced by others of the same format (vertical for vertical, horizontal for horizontal, color for color).
- It is not permitted to alter the chronological order of the images.
Additional Changes
If more changes are required after the allowed limit, an additional cost will apply. € 60 / hour for each additional revision. Changes must be communicated in an organized manner and on a single occasion, always maintaining the chronological sequence of the album.
Approval Policy
- It is the buyer's responsibility to review and approve the mockup via email prior to printing.
- The price does not include photo retouching.
- Errors detected after printing will be evaluated and priced according to the binding process.
Response Times
You have a maximum of 4 weeks to send feedback on the mockup upon receipt. If we do not receive a response within this period, we will automatically proceed to printing.
