At La Broderie, we offer a wide variety of fabric combinations, which are published on our website so that our customers can explore and select the one that best suits their preferences. However, there are some important aspects that we would like to highlight regarding our fabrics and their presentation in our products:

Color Variations:

It is common that the colors of the fabrics may vary slightly. This is common in the textile industry and may be due to different batches of fabric or slight variations during the dyeing process.

Fabric Cutting:

The fabrics are cut from one linear meter. Therefore, a small part corresponding to the size of the chosen album will be cut from that length.

Cut Reproduction:

It is vital to mention that we cannot guarantee that the cuts of the fabrics are identical to those of the albums already designed and shown on our platform or physical samples.

It may happen that the cuts coincide with previous examples, but we cannot offer guarantees that this will happen in all cases.

1. Order confirmation: After placing your order, send your selection of photos to email: [email protected], ensuring a correlative order and optimal quality.
2. Image Format and Submission:Use JPG format in maximum quality. Opt for platforms like Google Drive or WeTransfer for shipping.
3. Important Note on Formats: HEIC files, typical of smartphones, are not accepted. Be sure to convert them to JPG before shipping.
4. Photograph Submission Deadline: Photographs must be sent within a maximum period of 3 months after order confirmation.

Embroidery Color and Position:

• The color will be selected by the La Broderie team, adjusting to the fabrics and general aesthetics.
• La Broderie reserves the right to decide the optimal position of the embroidery.

Text for Embroidery:

• The client is responsible for providing clear and precise notes on the text to be embroidered.
• If the text to be embroidered is unconventional, the customer must provide additional guidelines.
• We do not contact customers to clarify orders; The responsibility lies with the client to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

Scrolling and Typography:

• Slight displacements of the embroidered text are not considered errors.
• Font will be selected by the team if the client does not specify a preference.

Cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

Personalized products do not accept returns, except in cases of defects notified via email in the first 24 hours after delivery, accompanied by photographs of the product and packaging.

The difference is not refunded in case of order modification, a voucher valid for 12 months is offered.

Orders more than 6 months old will be reviewed according to prices and materials updated on the website.

No responsibility is assumed for deterioration due to misuse or manipulation by the client.

• Change Notification: Unique, annotated in the PDF and following specific criteria (for example, vertical by vertical).
• Additional Changes: Rate of €60/hour + VAT.

Interact with our design team exclusively via email for a more agile and efficient process.

• Buyer Responsibility: Review and approve by email within a maximum of 4 weeks from receipt of the design.
• Post-approval: Modifications are not accepted once the mockup has been submitted for production.

• Uncalibrated Screens: Clients generally view their photos on uncalibrated screens and non-professional devices, which can cause visual variations in brightness and color.
• Print Fidelity: Despite possible visual variations on different devices, our customers can fully trust that our printers, with their high-precision calibration, will reproduce photographs while maintaining fidelity to the original color and lighting of each image.

Note: We do not offer the service of placing photos within the album, but we will be happy to advise you on the best method to do it yourself, maintaining the integrity and beauty of your images for years to come.

Design Confirmation:

After formalizing your order, we will proceed to confirm by email the design selected for the typography, its color and the distribution of names.

Once the interior page typography and color are confirmed, no further changes will be permitted. If the buyer decides to make changes after this confirmation, a fee of 15 euros will be applied for each set of 4 changes.

Mockup Approval:

Important: The final mockup will be sent to the client, which will include the distribution of the names for approval. It is imperative that the mockup is carefully reviewed and we are provided with confirmation to proceed with printing.

Buyer Responsibility:

Once the mockup has been sent to production, no further modifications will be accepted. The responsibility for reviewing and approving the mockup lies with the buyer. In case of errors detected after printing, these will be evaluated and, if necessary, the client will be charged.

 We offer various alternatives for the arrangement of names, being able to accommodate from 2 to 4 names per page.

1.Distribution to the Left and Right:

• 4-30 witnesses: 10 pages
• 31-40 witnesses: 20 pages

2.Layout Only to the Right (Leaving the Left Pages Blank):

• 2-16 witnesses: 10 pages
• 17-36 witnesses: 20 pages
• 37-50 witnesses: 30 pages

The first page of your book will be embellished with a photo/watercolor (if desired) and, depending on your choice, will include your names, the location and date of the event, or simply your names and the date.

Many couples choose to add extra pages to include meaningful elements such as the wedding invitation or wedding photographs. This additional personal detail turns your book into an even more special and complete keepsake.
