La Broderie Ordering and Personalization Policies

Confirmation and Cancellation of Orders:

  • Once the order has been confirmed by the buyer, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns and Customized Products:

  • Personalized products are not eligible for returns.
  • In the event of defects, La Broderie will cover the costs of collection and reshipment if notified with photographic evidence via email within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, no claims will be accepted.
  • The result of the embroidery in relation to the color of the selected thread or the chosen fabric will not be considered a defect in an article.

Modifications to Orders:

  • No refunds will be made for changes to orders. A voucher valid for 12 months will be offered.
  • Orders older than 6 months will be adjusted to the current prices on the website.
  • La Broderie may change the materials offered on the website due to force majeure in old orders.
  • Modifying an existing order will not include price adjustments or discounts.
  • Any change requested by the customer to the order must be communicated in writing. The design team will contact the client to evaluate the feasibility of said modification. If you do not receive our confirmation, we request that you persist and contact us again to ensure that your email has been received correctly.

Selection and Cutting of Fabrics:

  • The fabric samples on the website are indicative; The final cut will depend on the design and size of the product.
  • We do not guarantee that the cuts of printed fabrics are identical to the models shown.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to misuse or incorrect handling.
  • La Broderie reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any fabric without prior notice, should the manufacturer decide to withdraw it from the market or cease production. This measure is taken to ensure compliance with the manufacturer's decisions and availability, although we understand that this may cause inconvenience to our esteemed customers. We are committed to making every effort to communicate any changes to the availability of our products as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations, which are often outside of our direct control.

Embroidery and Typography:

  • The color of the embroidery will be chosen to complement the fabrics and may change depending on availability or aesthetic criteria.
  • It does not always match the color of the back fabric.
  • If the customer does not choose a color, our team will select an appropriate one.
  • The position of the embroidery will be determined by La Broderie to optimize the design. If the client has any particular wishes regarding the position, they must contact us in writing and the design team will provide a response. If you do not receive feedback from us, we ask you to insist.
  • In the event of any unusual anomaly, it is the customer's responsibility to note it in the 'Notes' section of the order.
  • If the client does not choose a font, our team will select an appropriate one.
  • To preview the font, send an email or WhatsApp with the order number.
  • The stationery items have the logo embroidered on the front cover.

Signature Book Layout: To ensure satisfaction and efficiency in creating your personalized book, we kindly ask our customers to follow the following guidelines:

  • List of Witness Names: It is essential that you send us a correct and definitive list of the names of the witnesses. Any changes requested after the initial confirmation will incur an additional cost of €10 plus VAT for each change.

  • Font Color Selection: The font color must be carefully selected during the purchasing process through our form. Once the selection is confirmed and the mockup is designed, any change to the font color will have an additional cost of €10 plus VAT.

  • Text Layout: Layout of additional texts (e.g. ceremony readings) is subject to additional costs, which will vary depending on the volume of the text to be laid out. We are committed to providing a budget adjusted to the specific needs of each project.

  • Model Approval: The approval of the model by the client is considered final. Once approval has been given and production has begun, no modifications will be accepted. This is to ensure compliance with delivery times and maintain the quality of our service.

Digital Albums:

  • Digital photos must be sent within 2 months of ordering.
  • The manufacturing process is completely handmade.

Design of Albums and Signature Books:

  • The design of the model is included in the price.
  • It is recommended to send photos in high quality jpg format.
  • La Broderie follows professional printing standards and does not alter the photos.
  • The layout style is elegant and simple; For custom designs, contact via email.

Design of Our Articles:

  • All our items are designed with high quality materials, selecting those that guarantee greater durability.
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling or misuse of our products.
  • Returns are not accepted once the items have been used.

Messenger Service:

  • Shipments are made with "Express Mail" and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
  • Shipping costs include VAT.
  • For express orders, it is necessary to consult with our team in advance.

  • Handle personalized and artisan products with care.
